Performance Marketer

Data-Driven Growth Hacker

We are looking for marketers who prove results through data, not intuition. As a core growth engine of Concept Ocean, you will validate hypotheses using various media and technologies to achieve optimal ROAS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 1. Paid Media Campaign Management Set up and optimize campaigns across major platforms: Google, Naver, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, etc. Establish media mix strategies and manage budgets based on platform characteristics.
  • 2. Programmatic and Search Engine Marketing Set up programmatic advertising and DSP-based audience targeting. Execute performance marketing and SEO/SEM strategies for search engines.
  • 3. Data Analysis and Keyword Mining Optimize effective keywords through large-scale keyword discovery and performance analysis. Understand data sources to perform tracking and performance reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience 1+ year(s) of relevant experience. Newcomers may apply (must demonstrate deep understanding of the field).
  • Essential Skills Experience operating advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Naver GFA/SA, Meta Business Manager, etc. Ability to structurally manage and analyze large-scale data and keyword sets. Proficiency in tracking tools such as GA4 and GTM.
  • Work Attitude A proactive mindset focused on improving performance through hypothesis testing and A/B testing rather than passive management.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Global & Language Competency Proficiency in Korean, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), or Japanese is highly preferred. Experience in running global campaigns or overseas media management.
  • Technical Marketing Skills Experience in data extraction and processing using SQL or Python. Experience with third-party tracking tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Marketing Project Manager (PM)

The Conductor of the Campaign

As a PM, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a project, from strategic planning and execution to final delivery. You will be responsible for allocating resources to meet client goals and ensuring project integrity, timeline, and quality by collaborating with specialists in design, development, and video production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • 1. Project Leading and Management Establish marketing project timelines and oversee the entire process management. Analyze client requirements (RFP) and define clear project objectives.
  • 2. Resource Coordination Form teams and manage resources tailored to the specific nature of each project. Coordinate collaboration between specialists in various fields, including design, development, and video production.
  • 3. Quality Control and Communication Direct the overall quality of project deliverables and ensure high standards. Lead communications with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience 1+ year(s) of relevant experience. Previous experience as a PM in an agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Essential Skills Exceptional communication skills to facilitate smooth interaction among multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in documentation tools (PPT, Excel, Notion, etc.) for systematic management of schedules and resources. Fundamental understanding of design, development, and video production processes.
  • Work Attitude Strong problem-solving skills to derive optimal solutions within limited resources. A deep sense of responsibility and ownership over every project.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Global & Language Competency Proficiency in Korean, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), or Japanese is highly preferred. Experience in communicating with global clients.
  • Role-Specific Preferences Experience as an AE or PM in an integrated advertising agency or digital agency. Experience managing web/app development projects or video productions.
