SOLUTION"Breaking B2B Marketing Stereotypes: Target Shift and Search Dominance" While many B2B companies neglect marketing, believing that 'Sales is everything,' we determined that branding to build trust is even more essential in the B2B sector. Instead of the saturated enterprise market, we expanded our target to Korean hidden champions (SMEs) and mid-sized enterprises that had given up on Digital Transformation (DX) due to high IT costs. Hyper-Localization: To erase the unfamiliarity of a foreign firm, we developed a trustworthy Korean brand naming and completely renewed the website UI/UX to align with the sensibilities of Korean corporations. SEO & Content Domination: We selected 10 core keywords that IT practitioners would likely search for and dominated the Search Engine Results Pages (SERP) so that Company C’s branding content (press releases, blogs) appeared at the top. Mass Keyword Expansion: We generated a vast volume of B2B expansion keywords related to 'IT outsourcing' on Google and Naver to execute performance ads, ensuring Company C was visible at every moment IT managers faced a challenge.
